Can I purchase a chain without a pendant?

Unfortunately no. Chains are only available when purchased with a pendant.

Is the gold you use real gold, or do you gold plate the pendants?

All the pendants in my shop are made from solid gold.

Can I swim and bathe wearing my gold pendant? Will it tarnish?

Gold does not tarnish so you can swim and bathe wearing your pendant

Is the diamond real? or is is a cubic zirconia

The diamond is real. Depending on the size of the pendant, I use a one pointer or a two pointer.

Once I've purchased a custom pendant (set with a diamond, or engraved), can I return it?

Unfortunately no, since the pendant is specific to you I cannot restock it.

Can I return a chain I purchased in your shop?

With the exception of a 16 inch or 18 inch cable (rolo) chain, chains are custom made and are therefore not returnable.
